Patience in the waiting. There is still peace in the meantime. There is still presence in this present moment. There is still hope to be had. There is still peace right here, right now, while you wait.
Practice: Notice how you’re feeling. Do you feel like you’re in a holding pattern, waiting, or stuck? Take a mindful moment. What would help you connect to this moment? Imagine the water gently ebbing and flowing. Focus on this imagery. Move with it. Notice how it makes you feel.
