Peace. Drop down into peace. Know your place as a being and carrier of peace. That is a flag we can all fly. Peace is powerful. It moves mountains, heals hearts, and carries love from one to another. Be peace.
Practice: Sit with the feeling peace arises in you. What does peace feel like in your body? Cultivate this feeling. Meet with it often. Can you conjure it in different situations, the easy ones and the hard ones? Ask yourself, what would peace do here? Keep coming back to it. Remember that you ARE peace and you can access peace at the same time you are experiencing other emotions. Watch how it transforms your life.
