Water Wisdom: Gratitude

Gratitude. Yeah, we know it’s Thanksgiving and we’ll go there. Gratitude is at a high today. But we need it to be at a high all year long. Gratitude is a vital action and we all need to be taking it each and every day. You need to feel it in your bones. Even during the hard times. Even for the hard stuff. It all makes you you and gratitude makes you soar. You are all surviving, but you need to be thriving too. Gratitude is the key. We’re grateful for you. Challenge yourself to feel the gratitude and never look back.

Practice: Every day, express what you’re grateful for. It’s simple and it works. Write down 3 things and keep them in mind throughout your day. Play with gratitude in the hard and dark moments. Is there anything you can be grateful for there? Try it and find out.
