Permission. Give yourself permission to feel it all. Give yourself permission to experience it all. Give yourself permission to accept it all. Stop running from yourself and your feelings. Grant yourself this gift of permission for things to be as they are and for you to be as you are.
Practice: Think about a situation you are currently in or will be coming up soon. What about this situation are you struggling with? What are you scared of? What do you need? Who do you want to be? Write yourself a permission slip for who and how you want to be in this situation and keep it in mind as you move through it.
