Bring it to the surface. Bring it to the light. Everything you’re hiding away. Your shadow, your darkness, your pain, your struggle, your shame. Allow it to be seen, processed, and embraced.
Practice: Bring one thing to mind that you have been feeling shame about. Acknowledge these feelings and allow them to be there. Choose one person that you trust to practice shame resiliency with. Then share this shame with them. When we speak shame in safe spaces, it loses its power over us and we become stronger.
