Wholeness. Recognizing, honoring, and standing in your inherent wholeness means recognizing, honoring, and standing in your infinite power. You are whole and complete exactly as you are. It’s your birthright. Feel your fullness. Live your wholeness.
Practice: Gift yourself some time. Feel how the words “whole” and “wholeness” feel in your body. How do you feel when you consider your wholeness? Do you experience resistance or discomfort with this idea? This is good information and helps you to see what needs your attention, focus, and care. Tap into the good feelings of whole and wholeness again. Play with experiencing them in regards to yourself. This is a process and will grow over time. Keep working with yourself and feel your inherent wholeness.
