Find your peace place. Connect with it. Allow it to lift and heal you. Carry it with you always.
Practice: Think of a place in nature that brings you peace, makes you feel connected, and where you just feel good. If this is a place you can easily visit, go there and soak in the energy of this special place. If you cannot easily go there in person, you can go there in your mind. Close your eyes and bring this place to mind. See it in as much detail as you can. What does it look like? What does it feel like? How do you feel when thinking of it? Notice any physical sensations you experience. Remember that you can visit this place of peace any time in your mind and do so often. Notice how it shifts your energy, thoughts, and feelings in the moment and over time.
