Peace Place Continued. You have to find and continually revisit your peace place. It must touch you deep in your heart and soul. You must feel aligned and nourished there. And you must access that feeling, the energy of that place every day. It must become so true and clear to you, that it’s more powerful than the stress, anxiety, fear, or fatigue you’re experiencing.
Practice: What is your peace place? See it fully and clearly in your mind. See yourself fully and clearly there. How do you feel in place? Feel those feelings in your body. Sit with them. Revisit this place and these feelings often throughout your day. Practice in moments of struggle. See if you can feel that peace even for just one second. Maybe it will be two seconds next visit.
