Being a human, and especially an empath and highly sensitive person, is really hard right now. There is a lot of fear, harm, violence, and hate happening across the world. Here in the United States, we are in the midst of a constitutional, humanitarian, and moral crisis.
What is happening is wrong, scary, and energetically heavy. Empaths and highly sensitive people are both more affected by this energy (whether they watch the news or not) and exactly who are needed in times like these. Being an empath is a superpower – yes, we feel the depth and enormity of the pain and suffering intensely and we usually don’t like that – but, when we learn how to work with it, we are capable of helping to transmute that energy and transform this world into a happier, healthier, more just, equitable, loving, safe, and peaceful place for all beings.
For me, being an empath has been a driving factor in my commitment to justice, equity, and healing. I can feel and understand others’ pain and suffering and I don’t want that for them. It helps me to remember who we truly are as divine beings having a human experience and motivates me to create a better experience for us all. We are all intrinsically connected. We belong to one another. Community care and honoring others’ dignity and humanity are vital to a healthier, more just world.
I’ve been inspired by all the helpers who have stood in their integrity and done the right thing for the highest good of all. I honor all those who have been harmed and are suffering from the unconscionable violence and hate.
I know my upcoming 4-week Evolving Empath course that starts this coming Tuesday, February 3rd can support and empower empaths as they create a healthier experience for themselves and others, which is why I’m offering this class at a reduced rate. I want this information and empowerment to be as accessible as possible. Change, healing, and growth, both on the personal and collective levels, are absolutely possible when we have the support, care, and education we need.
Course cost is normally $100, but to support community care, social justice, and honor the helpers and the harmed during this extremely difficult time in human history, I’m dropping the price to $85.
If this class calls to you, I hope you’ll be bold and brave and join us. To register, email caitlin.haffert@gmail.com.
And regardless of whether you join us in February or not, please align with your heart, soul, higher self, and integrity, and help create and foster a happier, healthier, more just, more loving world for all beings in the here and now.
Remember this divine truth: All beings are worthy of love and care. We belong to each other.
