Truth. Truth is subjective. Your mind processes everything through your unique filter. And while there’s overlap, it’s often different for each individual. You must accept that your truth is not other’s truth, and vice versa.
Practice: Think of a recent time when your truth and someone else’s truth didn’t line up. Consider their perspective. Does that change anything for you? Either way, can you allow and accept that you both think differently?

It doesn’t always have to feel good to be good. Sometimes we just need to allow, honor, and accept whatever we’re experiencing and that is the gift we give ourselves. That is the gift of grace.
Practice: Can you allow whatever you’re experiencing? Can you honor the hard and painful feelings? Can you know this as an offering of grace towards yourself? Can you see the positive benefit even while it may not feel good in the moment?
