The Monthly Metaphysical Meetup is a space where everyone is welcomed and encouraged to share and explore their spiritual, intuitive, metaphysical, and self-development experiences in a safe and supportive group environment. You are also encouraged and welcome to listen and hold space for those sharing.
I love teaching but classes aren’t always conducive to fully exploring our unique and exciting experiences which can be such an important and supportive part of our journey. We need safe spaces, like-minded people, and a commitment to exploration. This will be part sharing circle, part learning experience, part community support group, part space holding, part exploration. I would love for you to join us.
I am offering this monthly event for free or by donation, with zero pressure to donate to me directly – you can pass on the love in any way that feels good!

4-Week Energy Management for the Evolving Empath
Being an empath is a superpower! But when you’re feeling everyone’s emotional turmoil and feeling every feeling at an excruciatingly deep level, it can feel like an overwhelming, uncontrollable, and draining burden. So much has been misunderstood about being an empath.
Becoming an evolving empath calls you to reimagining and reinterpreting your sensitivity and the experiences you’re having in empowering and supportive ways.
In this 4-week course, you will learn about your true nature as an empath. You will explore supportive tools and techniques for managing your energy and the emotional energetic input you are picking up from others. You will get clear on what is and is not your empathic duties. You will come into new relationship with your body, mind, and soul. You will build a strong foundation from which to continue growing your new empathic understanding so you may step forward confidently in your life and relationships. You will embrace the empowered empath you were always meant to be!

- Healthy boundaries
