Have patience. Growing comes easy when the time is right. When the soil is rich and soaked through, the warmth of the sun’s rays will find you and give you new life. This is not the end, but only the beginning. Faith in the darkness allows for the light to find you.
Practice: How do you make peace in your own personal darknesses? How do you cultivate hope to make it through? Imagine yourself as a seed that’s been planted deep in the earth. How do you experience faith in that moment that packed dirt and darkness isn’t all there is? Just like a seed, you are meant to grow. Can you welcome it?
