It doesn’t always have to feel good to be good. Sometimes we just need to allow, honor, and accept whatever we’re experiencing and that is the gift we give ourselves. That is the gift of grace.
Practice: Can you allow whatever you’re experiencing? Can you honor the hard and painful feelings? Can you know this as an offering of grace towards yourself? Can you see the positive benefit even while it may not feel good in the moment?
